Toy Network Switch |

I had become increasingly interested in the nerd mod
cult. They love taking normal looking computers and "mod-ing" or modifying
them to look much much better. Sometimes they make them perform better too.
So I found a toy that would be able to accommodate my Netgear 5-port
auto-sensing switch. This shows the making of a mod. It still works and is
mcuh used for LAN parties. |

Had to made a custom cardboard
extension to reach to the network status lights. |

(So the gap is hidden and remains to
look solid, instead of hollow (it was a piggy bank...)) |

Notice the network status lights still
work and are easily seen! w00t! |
