I have always been drawn towards lines and patterns.
Using a custom technique, I first create an array of shapes that I know will
correspond with each other later. I then "connect the dots" and then the
optical line illusion begins to take shape. I took this procedure to the
next level by cutting out with an exacto knife (all the white you see). This
further pushes my fascination with line patterns and voids to create
illusion of space. |
